Job Description

We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. Some of your responsibilities will be processing work orders and purchase orders, ordering material, receiving and costing inventory, and scanning and filing documents. Applicants should be extremely thorough, possess excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have some background in customer service.   • Process goods sent out of the warehouse
  • Process work orders upon completion
  • Receive and cost inventory
  • Generate purchase orders, order materials and handle logistics and freight
  • Scan and file all documents
  • Answer the company telephone as needed
  • Process payments
Qualifications:
  • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication
  • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
  • Proficient in basic computer software and can quickly learn to use new programs
  • Customer service, bookkeeping, or administrative experience is preferred
